Chick-fil-A Kids Night

They were giving away balloon animals and Lily requested to BE a butterfly.  It's her go-to request for balloon artists.  Thank goodness this one was up to par!  Caroliney got a dog on a leash b/c I chose for her.  We left the dog at Chick-fil-A with friends b/c Caroliney was so grouchy that we left in a bit of a hurry.  Caroliney got very upset when we got home and she didn't have her balloon but Lily had hers, so Lily offered her the yellow flower part of her balloon butterfly ensemble without even being asked!!  I was so proud!

2 Dancing Queens

A couple months ago, Lily's school had a "Bring A Friend" day and Lily wanted to bring little Anna (which she will forever be known as in our home).  I took these pictures and videos but then couldn't find our camera!!!   I was deeply upset and became convinced that Caroliney had thrown it away as it's not like us to lose something important for good.  Well, we found it today and because of where it was, I know little hands must have put it there, but I was very glad it hadn't been trashed!  So, I bring you our Dancing Queens!!  Please forgive the quality of most of these pictures--we watch the kids through a 2 way mirror or whatever that is called, and it's a bit difficult to take pictures through those due to the glare.  I have video, too, but they aren't wanted to upload.

In 2007, we didn't even take Lily to the Pumpkin Patch!!!  I did take some pics of her with pumpkins in the yard, but I didn't want to lie and try to pass those off as pumpkin patch pics.  :)

Third Soccer Game

Lily is doing much better at her soccer games.  She hasn't scored a goal and still has a hard time getting in there for the ball, but has gotten some kicks in and hasn't run off the field again, which is a relief!
Practicing before the game.

Pumpkin Patch Time!

I love the fall and Halloween.  I love the decorations and the weather and the activities.  It always makes me feel nostalgic and I love creating more memories with my family.  We went to the pumpkin patch with the MOMS Club recently and had a great time.

Caroliney is teething right now and is sort of obsessed with tooth-brushing.  I call her the Matthew McConaughey of toddlers.

Talking to the gross animals.  I know that sounds mean, but seriously, I'm a bit concerned about these guys and their poop situations.

She loves pumpkins!!

Caroliney, Colby, Colton and Lily.  Note how none of them are looking at the camera or smiling.  Picture taking with toddlers and kids--so fun!

Colby and Lily trying to roll a pumpkin.

Cute picture but C isn't looking or smiling.

Now C is smiling, but Lily is fake-smiling and not looking and I am starting to look slightly insane.

I look totally crazy here and C is no longer looking and smiling.  And people wonder why I have a professional photographer do our Christmas cards usually.

Lily was the only "old" kid who came this day, so she was helping tend to the smaller kids.

Way to smile for the camera, Caroline.

Fisher on the hay ride--he refused to allow his mom to touch him to help keep him from falling off.  Every time she'd try, he'd push her hand off.  He was feeling like a big boy!!

After the pumpkin patch, we went downtown for lunch.  This is what was there for Halloween decorations.  That is scary, alright!
